Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Was arrested in Jersey city, nj for not moving my commercial vehicle when I was attempting to make a delivery. I was not marandized and I was placed in a holding cell with cuffs on with another individual who wasn't cuffed. What are my chances of having the case withdrawn?
