We are talking about first degree crimes with the presumption of imprisonment. As a first offender he could be given a sentence whereby he would serve more than ten years in prison before he is paroled. He needs to hire a good attorney to do damage control.

Call me if you like.

I agree with Mr. Moore. He needs a good attorney. A 5 year sentence is not impossible. I've even got plenty of clients probation for the same crime, but that is very difficult to pull off. Call me at 732/773/2768.

This is very serious, and despite the first time offender status, it looks very bad. What County are we talking about? Please reply.
