Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Conviction

two years ago i stole money fro my cousins company, and he did not press charges. it is a large amount. but the bank nor my cousin pressed charges. he has been fully paid back, as of one month after crime....

can he press charges on me, and or would a judge hear this case...i feel like he has me hanging by my balls.

He has 5 years to press charges regardless of the fact that you paid him.

You can be chafged with a crime only once. If the bank charged you with some aspect of the theft and that charge has been resolved that it the end of it, probably. It would help to ask you a few questions.
