criminal case

the police arrest me and find drugs in my sister house and it was not mine.they kick the door in but they didn't have no probale cause. I hired a lawyer but she isn't really doing anything.I am having a problem with the posecuter because I have a pass criminal record. My case is in nj. what can i do

You should change attorneys first of all...

Secondly, if you do not live at the house you were arrested at then you may have some good defenses in your case, depending on where the drugs we're.

Also, there would potentially be the possibility of challenging the. Validity of any warrant in the case, however you've given me insufficient information on the case to give you an opinion on this.
