Re: drug felony

Hi:

This really depends on the type of drug felony it was, and what the party has done with their life since 1991.

Good Luck

Re: drug felony

Yes, but its a little difficult. I suggest you get an attorney for two reasons. 1, the process itself is complicated for non-attorneys. 2, getting a felony expunged is more than just paperwork, there is a lot of advocacy involved.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

Re: drug felony

It can be expunged if it has been ten years since the serving of any prison sentence; payment of the entire fine imposed or the termination of probation.

Call me if you like.

Re: drug felony

The answer depends upon the rest of your criminal history, if any. If you do not have any other type of record then you most likely can apply for an expungement. If you would like to discuss this in more detail please contact me. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
