Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I am executor of my father's estate. My older brother (who did not talk to my father for 5years before he died) is demanding things. My parent's owned a house which they sold to me for $1 in 1988 and I sold in 2010 and split money between my other brother and me (as we were the only children with college tuition to pay for grandchildren which was what my parents wanted) Now older brother is trying to get this house included in the estate of my father who died in 2011. Also some automobiles where transferred to grandchildren for $1 which he also wants a piece of. Isn't the estate only what was left in my father's name at the time of death? How can he get these items included in estate

You will have to get a lawyer and fight him.

It sounds like you should win, but you will have to fight him.

Call my office, pick a time to come in and see me, and I will explain. No charge for the consultation. After we discuss this, you can decide how you want to move this forward.
