Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Hi My friend and I received 2 loud party tickets the other weekend. Nobody was downstairs when they walked in because there was a total of 6 people in the house..no party at all. I was upstairs getting my ID to show the officers and came down to find out they are writing my friend a ticket because her name was on a electric bill hanging on the fridge. not knowing this at first, i gave them my id. so now they have written us 2 tickets.

it is unfortunately her 2nd offense loud party ticket. I dont know what to do because we are college kids with a very small budget.

If you weren't having a loud party then you should not plead guilty to having a loud party. I won a trial on a Loud Party case in the New Brunswick Municipal Court a few weeks ago, so they are winnable. Why don't you call me to discuss your cases in more detail? I never charge for just talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
