The maximum sentence on a First Degree Armed Robbery is 20 years in state prison, of which 17 years would have to be served before becoming eligible for parole. There is a possibility that there will be a plea offer for a lesser sentence. Without reviewing the evidence I can't advise you about how you would do at trial. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. Thank you.
