Re: lewd and offensive act

You are charged with what is called a disorderly persons offense. The maximum jail time is 6 months, the maximum fine is $1,000.00 (plus various lesser court and police costs). Should you hire a lawyer? I would need to discuss your case in more detail before I can properly advise you on this, but in general I would never recommend that somebody go to court on a criminal charge without one. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout NJ in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Re: lewd and offensive act

It is a disorderly persons offense punhishable by up to six months in jail. Secondly, no employer offering

a valuable job would hire someone who engaged in public lewdness. A lawyer is a necessity.

Call me if you like.

Re: lewd and offensive act

I strongly suggest you get an attorney. These types of cases are very serious, but they are actually very easy to win (most of the time) if the present the arguments the right way.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
