Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss. Was this in Seaside by any chance? I know they are sending out a lot because the person down there wasn't sending them out and now they are catching up.

Re: nj conditional discharge

The date of your new charge is the date that gets applied when deciding whether you violated your conditional discharge, and not the date you actually got sentenced on that new charge. You now have to face the original charge in court and you should probably have a lawyer representing you. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
