Second degree robbery as an adult would be up to ten years in state prison. As a juvenile he is looking at some time in juvenile detention. There is also a possiblity, due to the seriousness of the charge, that the prosecuotr's office will seek to have your son tried as an adult. My office is located in Union County and I go to both the juvenile and adult criminal courts in Union County on a regular basis. Please contact me to discuss your son's case in more detail. I never charge for just talking about a case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
