Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I had a sponged for shoplifting. Now I am filling a aplication for a job in a Hospital, but in one question the aplication form asks: Other than minor traffic violations, have you ever been convicted of or plead guilty to a crime(including misdemeanors or ordinances) which has not been annulled or sealed by the court? I answered NO because my spongment but I am not sure and I want to have a legal advice about it. It is in Union county, New Jersey where the matter happened. Thanks

I beleive you mean you had the matter expunged. If this is what you mean then it your answer would seem appropriate.
