You may have one of those situation where you can avoid jail. A third conviction for dwi requires a

minimum of 90 days in jail, but there are situations

in which you can avoid jail. You should call me.

Mandatory 180 days in jail if you are convicted, but 90 days can be spent in an inpatient rehabilitation facility.
