How long can they hold you in Jail for a Speeding Ticket and DWSuspended ??

Speeding normally does not result in a jail sentence. Driving while suspended usually does not result in a jail sentence unless it is a third offense.

I have to disagree with Mr. Moore. You can get jail if you were speeding at a very high rate of speed. Regarding DWS, jail is mandatory on a second offense, 1-5 days, on a third offense, it is mandatory 10 days.
