what is the fine/jail sentence for harrassment

I have been charged with harassment New Jersey criminal code: 2C:33-4. ''Making communications in annoying Manner''

Can anyone tell me if found guilty- what is the maximum fine and/or jail sentence I could receive?

Harassment is a Petty Disorderly Persons Offense. The maximum fine is $500.00 and the maximum jail time is 30 days. There are other penalties associated with a conviction for harassment, to the victims of crime compensaiton board ($50), safe neighborhoods fund ($75), law enforcement training fund ($30), and court costs.I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts in New Jersey in the past.
