Can I get my license back after 4 dui's and already not driving for 10 yrs.and 6 yrs. sober?

Your question is a bit vague. Your license is suspended for 10 yr. for every third or subsequent offense. Has it been 10 years since your 4th DUI conviction? If so, you can apply to have your license restored, though you will have to have an ignition interlock device installed.
