my father in law passed in Dec. 2010. The executors have partiually distributed his estate to four of the five benefactors, excluding my wife (100,000 each). Now it appears they have distrubuted his personnal property without her, she has request an inventory for months no response. what can we do.

Retain an attorney and file a complaint for accounting in the Surrogates Court in the county of New Jersey where the will was probated.
