Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Appeal of Child support orders

I recieved child support orders on Nov 7-- THe Judge reduced my ex-H's support payment by $300 a week. ( I represented myself because I didn't believe ANYONE would believe his pak of lies-)I need to appeal this decisions. How much time do I have to find an attorney and notify the court that I am appealing? Will the same judge hear the case? How do I find an expert on the Child support guidelines?

Re: Appeal of Child support orders

You must file a motion for reconsideration based on the information which you did not provide because you are not an attorney. You must move quickly and immediately to hire an attorney and to file the subject motion.
