Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Audio tape admissible as evidence.

I have sole custody of my 2 daughters ages 11 3/4 and 15 1/2. My exhusband has moved to Florida. A court appointed psychologist stopped the 15 year olds visitation when she turned 13. My 11 year old no longer wishes to see her father. He is verbally abusive. There is a motion pending trying to force me to continue visitation for the 11 year old, traveling on 2 planes, and to force her and now my 15 year old to see a new psychologist. My exhusband's new motion is riddled with all lies about me. I have recently taped conversations and have proof he's lying. Are my tapes admissible as evidence? I have a judge who keeps insisting that my daughter goes, even telling me that if she doesn't like flying, I should pay and accompany her.
