i have a child support order in nj my ex and kids live in ny she never changed order to ny is this legal this has been going on for 9yrs my kids are 19 not sure if they are in college the court wont show me proof

You can file a motion to emancipate them and in the alternative, for them to provide you with transcripts and schedules. Fairly inexpensive to do.
