Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have a child support order stating that my ex has to pay me $2900.00 per month. He has it set up where he deposits $725.00 a week into my checking account. He is stating that because December has 5 fridays, he wants to skip a week. Is he correct in doing this?

$2,900 times 12 months is $34,800. There are 52 weeks per year. So if he paid you $725 every week in the year, he would have paid you $37,700 or $2,900 more than he owes you. If he pays you $725 four weeks each month, that is $725 times 4 times 12 or $34,800. So he is correct.
