What can I do my children have been abducted from nj to pennsylvania by their custodial mother

Monday is a Court holiday. Secondly, the Court is unlikely to act on an emergent basis because

she IS the custodial parent. I would think that you use the word "abduct" because she moved

with the children to Pennsylvania without either your consent or a Court order authorizing same.

A motion must be filed and served upon her requesting the Court compel her to return with the

children, with the threat that a failure to comply with result in the issuance of a fugive warrant for

her arrest in Pennsylvania.
