Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am in a civil union in New Jersey. If my partners name is not on the deed to the house we just built or the mortgage does she have any rights to the house?

As in a marriage, anything acquired during a civil union should be civil union property, unless it is inherited or a gift.
