Your attorney needs to look at this carefully and fight this for you. There are some grounds to fight a subpoena, but it depends on what is going on in the case and what the facts are.

If you do not have an attorney, get one. You are in the middle of the most nasty and dangerous legal fight of your life. Your ex has a lawyer and you are doing this on your own?

Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and let's get moving on this for you. No charge for the telephone call and no charge for the first office visit.
