Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Court Divorce Decree in Ohio(Franlin County Court of Common Plea, Ohio) stated that defendant should claim 2 children to Tax Purposes in even years and 1 children for Tax Purposes in odd years. What motion can i file if plaintiff does not want to sign Form 8335 that I have to attached and give to IRS with the Divorce Decree and Child Support Statement? How do i get the court involved in it?

So long as the child resde in New Jersey, the Ohio judgment can be docketed in New Jersey

and a complaint or motion filed to enforce same.
