My daughter has a court order that says her husband is not aloud to see the children unless he is cleared from substance abuse for 90 days. What would happen if she lets him see them before the court date?

it sounds like she would be violating a Court Order. that is a very, very bad thing to do, and I am not sure what would happen to her if she did this. You do what the Judge orders you to do. If you dont, bad things happen. For example, if he is high or crazy and hurts the kids, do you think the Judge will be happy with her for doing this? she could even lose custody of her kids, into foster care to protect them from HER and from HIM.
