Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My daughter has daycare from Tuesday to Thursday and on Mondays her grandmother, my ex-mother-in law watches her. If I have off, do I get first choice in watching her? I want to take off so I can see her more then what is allowed by court. I only get to see her every other weekend and once in the evening for dinner for a few hours. This sucks and I want to spend more time with her, she's 4 now and she's been my whole world since day one. Her mother is the devil so I have a hard time just communicating and comprehension on her part about anything.
