Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

DYFS Hearing

I have a court appearing with the Office of Administrative Law about past DYFS incidents. They have gone back in my life to 1979 when I was not even involed with them. What is the statue of limitations on any case in these incidents.

Thank you

Re: DYFS Hearing

The only limitation would be a limitation imposed by an evidence ruling.
