Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My ex-wife does not work but her new husband does. Can her husband's income be added to the child support calculation to determine the amount of child support I would need to pay for my 2 children?

It is a factor and there is a formula cfor it that the Court will use--also, if she can work and does have earning capacity, that is something you can bring to the court's attention..

I would be happy to refer you to an attorney in your area
