Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My fiances ex wife is incredibly irresponsible! They have 3 kids together, an 8 year old, a 5 year old and a 4 year old. Whenever he has parenting time she very rarely packs clothing and when she does pack clothing she may pack one outfit for each child with no underwear or socks included. We live in south Carolina and she lives in new jersey, so when they come the shortest they.are here are for 2 weeks. In short, we just picked them up from New jersey and they.will be with us from July 1st until August 15th. What can we do or how can we hold her accountable for not providing the amount of clothing sufficient enough to get them through the vacation? Is there any point in filing a motion.because she barely follows their MSA as it is. Please help because its very difficult dealing with a mother that is very irresponsible and if u ask me...neglecting of her kids needs.

you are right, the way to deal with her is going to be to file a motion for violating the divorce judgment and settlement agreement.

Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and let's get moving on this for you. No charge for the telephone call and no charge for the first office visit.
