My husband pays child support - his ex wants more money. I read that she may be able to get an increase in child support on the principle that he now has a great share of personal income available for his own use. What is the exact law on this for NJ? We have no kids but my non US citizen mother is a dependant. How is my husband's expenses calculated as the non custodial parent, I cannot find this anywhere?
