lottery winnings

If I'm separated, but not divorced, i win lottery money. Is my spouse entitled to any of it?

Maybe. It is possible that she might be. Only the filing of a complaint for divorce serves to set an absolute date terminating the right to share in assets acquired by a spouse thereafter.
