Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Nasty response to lawyers untruthful communication

Hello,

I am in the process of implementing the property settlement agreement and my spouse has an attny, whereas I represent myself in this post-divorce phase. My spouse's attny sends offensive and untruthful correspondence, and I have had it with him and want to tell him off. Can I respond with language such as ''nonsensical'', ''foolish ,''idiotic'', and can he then go to the judge, refusing to deal with me, and can I be sanctioned by the judge and then forced to hire an attny. Only a minor item remains to be implemented. What sort of language can I use in my response?

Don't let him get to you.

Focus on the important stuff till the last formal document is executed and filed and if necessary approved by the judge.

Good luck to you.
