Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

How can I obtain the address of a defendant to serve them legal papers? I've tried online sources to no avail. I even paid for a detailed Zabasearch and I am told all of letters from my lawyers office were returned due to an insufficient address. The lawyers is telling me my only other option is to do a skip search or obtain a private investigator. I don't want to come out of pocket anymore. Shouldn't my lawyer be doing this?

Yes, your lawyer should do this. Your lawyer could also serve by way of publication. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.

Yes your lawyer do this, but you will have to pay for the skip trace. It is not expensive, the guy I use is very very good and costs under $100.00.

Call me if you like, I will see what I can do to get this case moving for you.
