You have so many questions and need much information. It is virtually impossible to answer your questions completely in this format. In general, the fact that this may be a "no-fault" divorce, or any other cause of action, has nothing to do with the way property is divided. The vacation property may or may not be subject to equitable distribution - you have not given enough information for me to form an opinion at this point. The marital home, on the other hand, is subject to equitable distribution, presumably 50/50, but depending on other factors, a different split may be appropriate. In order to get better answers, you need to seek the advice of a NJ divorce/family law attorney. Keep in mind that this advice is based purely on the little bit of information that you have given to me. There certainly may be other factors that would change my opinion.
