Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My question is... Can a children that reaches 12 years old or older request to the judge that he wants to go home.

Go home from where? You mean from one parent to another. It depends on the judge and the other circumstances of the case. You really need to sit down with an attorney to discuss this before doing anything.

The older a child is the more weight, the child's desires will have---BUT there has to be an overall assessment of conditions as they exist now and did before----and the reasons.....
