Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

She is relocating out of state with out my parental consent, she didnt want to give me a location were they were headed some where in south carolina i think, but just as im typing she just sent a email saying surprise im leaving to south carolina and she email everyone her new location were she was headed, but she is leaving on tuesday august 7. i just fill out a motion threw court and she will receive the letter this saturday they told me saturday august 4. what are my rights? i paid child support threw court which is taking out of my paycheck every week. i have join custody every other sat and sunday could she do that ? as a father dont i have a right to see my boys? what should i do?

You should hire a lawyer ASAP and have that lawyer file an emergency motion. 732/773/2768

If she moves a judge hear will issue a warrant for her arrest upon request and make her come back to this state.
