Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

restraining orders

After more than 12 years of living together, a nine year old child, and three years of marriage I have gotten the nerve to stand up for myself and child, I went to county judge and asked for TRO, it was granted for harrasment and threats of physical violence, a past order, aprox 5 years ago was granted, but dismised with the stipulation my husband would go for counseling, he was non compliant.

I have now lost my job, a management position with a very large and prominent Doctors practice because they fear for their employes and patients as well as myself. There are many other times police were involved, I have kept the realese forms to not press charges as well as letters from outsiders who have witnessed many incidents, that I hope to keep anonymous...Is this possable at hearing for perm. order, is there a set guidline on how a perm. order is decidced, and is there any chance I can ramain in our home for awhile with my daughter, he has made sure the house is only in his name, as well as everything elce. Do I need council for this court hearing? By now you know, I'm sure, he has all funds. Can I keep him from the home long enough to get my ducks in a row?? Can someone, please... help.

Thank You for your time.
