Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I signed a stipulation that i was admitting to child abuse or neglect due to me having a mental sicoses and being in the hospital recovering. i have never layed a hand on my child, however after being advised by my attorney he told me to sign it. after getting home and thinking about it, I dont agree with what I signed. Is there anything I can do to dispute this even though I already signed the document?
