Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Currently, I have sole custody of my kids. My ex-wife is only allowed to see them Saturday and Sunday, supervised, with no overnights. She is also allowed to to see them for a few hours during the week, supervised. The judge made his ruling in December 2012 and the Order came back signed in January 2013. Since then, she has made no attempt to see the kids, not at all. The judge wanted the supervision to go on for a period of 6 months before revisiting the issue, should she file a motion. Do I have the right to ask the judge to continue supervision seeing how she has still not seen them? She has made no attempt? The kids dont even want to see her. Will the judge continue to tell her supervised visitation?

I would assume you have an attorney for this. Shouldn't these questions be directed to him/her? If you don't have an attorney, call me to discuss at 732/773/2768
