Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

spousal

my friend is paying spousal and accord to his JOD he has to pay his ex wife an extra $3000 if he make a certain amt of money in overtime

my friend has no money for himself nad works alot, he cant pay bills on time, what can he do to appeal that part of the JOD and he pays child support nad i know in NJ, no fault state but she cheated on him and she only works part itme, how ocme he suffers

Your friend needs a divorce lawyer's help. It is not possible to assist him by just giving him a few words over this bulletin board.

He is short on money. I understand that. He needs to scrape some money together, and get some help. No attorney can work for free. Your friend needs some help.
