i started my business after i was separated, done my wife get any part of it. we will be filing in new jersey

The question may be moot, depending on the value of the business. Alot of upstart businesses have no value and therefore there would be nothing for her to get. If it does have some value, what she may get, if anything, depends on many factors including but not limited to the source of the money used to set up the business.
