In the state of New Jersey can a judge order for childsupport to come out of the wifes paycheck?

I am a mom to my son his dad got married and has kids by his wife. The father is not working and I am not reciving the child support he is suppose to pay. So I was wondering if mentioned to a judge can it be done so i am able to recive the support I need for my son.
