Vasectomy w/out spouse's knowledge

Can a wife sue her husband for getting a vasectomy without her knowledge? Does she have to consent to it? Thanks

Re: Vasectomy w/out spouse's knowledge

A vasectoy represents his decision to have no more children. If they have no children and he promised to have children with her prior to the marriage all that she is entitled to is an annulment.
