Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

about visitation rights

I want to know what I can do to keep my ex husband's girlfriend away from my children? He won't let me meet her and my children come home upset every other weekend from his mother's home cause of that girl and they don't want to be around her.

Re: about visitation rights

You can file a motion with the Court to have her evaluated and to evaluate visitation environment

and request that visitation not be in her presence until same is done. Another difficult situation to deal with.

Call me if you like.
