Can an R.N. with a guilty verdict and disciplinary actions given by the NJ state board of nursing for breech of fiduciary care to her patients,(for: altered medical records and self=dealing to obtain their medications) become a Power of Attorney and Executrix for an elderly neighber who is 45 yrs her senior with whom she had no prior relationship until the day of his wife's tramatic death?
