Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

Can I sue a licensed social worker for calling DYFS on a false accusation. She called DYFS on me because she said that since I told her that I hit my daughter (who is Asperger and has major depression and aggression issues) she was going to call DYFS. DYFS came in and didn't check my daughter for any bruises because there wasn't any. Instead, she talked to me about me getting services from CMO Hudson Partnership and attending workshops for Autism. My Daughter is not autistic. She is a 16 year old High Functioining Teenager with a high IQ. Her disability is social interaction with other teens. The CMO services were never in effect. They didn't do nothing and as soon as I repported that my daughter was approved for DDD, they closed the case. DYFS continues to have my file open and now they want me to take a psychological evaluation which I am going to refuse. I need a lawyer. Something is not right. They are digging into my life, and my privacy has been invaded by an agency that DYFS has hired. I'm sick of them. Please help me.
