Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

Web Posting Removal

About 3 years ago a company asked me if I would like to to be part of their industry website directory. I agreed and they listed me and the company I worked for at the time. This past June I stopped working for the company and I requested the posting to be removed. The company said it they would but it is still up after several telephone calls. I no longer wish to be associated with the company they have me listed with. Do I have any legal recourse to get it removed?

You are within your rights to demand removal of your name under several legal theories. A strong letter from your lawyer would probably help. If I can be of assistance, please call or email.
