im a US born citizen and I would like to make my husband a resident. We have a child that was just born and I would like for him to come here as soon as possible.what can I do for him to come here quickly?

You can petition for him as your husband (file an Alien Relative Petition with the USCIS), so when it's approved, he can apply for an Immigrant Visa (green card) at the US Consulate in his home country. This process is likely to take at least 8-9 months or could be longer, depending on his situation, eligibility and possible inadmissibility grounds.
