H4 revokation

one of my friend after his marriage his spouse came US on Dependent visa H4 sponsored by him. After few days I found her purpose to marry H1 husband to enter US. H1 husband friend somehow sent her back to her home country out of US. and complained to US Consulate in respective country about revoke her H4 visas in order to stop her using them again. h1 husband also informed USCIS about cancellation. The question is can H4 spouse travel back to US ? is there any effective steps to revoke such visas to stop her to use this visas illegally?

I would need more information regarding her particular case before I can comment on it properly.

However, I would like to know whether the US Consulate in her country called her in for an interview after her husband had her H4 visa revoked?

Moreover, did the US Consulate stamp her passport to indicate that the visa had been canceled?

Did they get divorced?

What proof do you have that her husband actually informed the US about the cancellation?

What was the expiration date of the visa? They normally run 6 years.

In general, she cannot travel until she finds out if her H4 visa is still valid. Only her local US Consulate can confirm this.
